The New-Menus takes the issue of privacy very seriously. The New-Menus is dedicated to protecting the privacy of its users by taking all possible measures to protect their personally identifiable information. We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. The Privacy Policy, which follows, was developed to outline these measures and disclose the privacy practices for the New-Menus. Material and or significant changes in this policy will be announced on the forums. By accessing the New-Menus, you are consenting to the information collection and use practices described in this Privacy Policy.



About the information the New-Menus collects and how it is collected

IP addresses
Every computer connected to the Internet is given a domain name and a set of numbers, that serve as that computer's "Internet Protocol " IP address. About the personal information New-Menus collects?

New-Menus itself does not require or request any information. However, many of its interactive modules do collect personal information. When we ourselves do, we make an effort to include a link to this Privacy Policy. We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you. The personal information we collect may include but is limited to your name, title, company or organization name, e-mail address, phone number, work or home address, information about your job function, information about your company.

We may request your e-mail address or mailing address to provide additional services (for example, subscriptions to announcement lists or information about conferences and speakers).

If you are purchasing something on the New-Menus, the third party provider who you are transacting with needs to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number at a minimum. Because these third party transactions occur and our facilitated on the New-Menus 's cyber-platform that we make available, that personal information is stored within the New-Menus 's file system. Our web logs and other records are stored indefinitely.

Search engines and other sites not affiliated with the New-Menus archive or otherwise make available New-Menus postings, including resumes, jobs, services and any other web pages that these search engines "index" for storage purposes when they visit the New-Menus web domain.

We may from time to time send e-mail announcing new services. If you choose to supply your postal address in an online form, you may receive postal mailings from New-Menus or third party companies.



About when the New-Menus will disclose the information it collects to outside third parties?

New-Menus will disclose personal information and/or an IP address:
1. When required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to
- Cooperate with the investigations of alleged unlawful activities and conform to the statutes of the law or comply and respond with the legal process such as subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes.
- Protect and defend the rights or property of the New-Menus of sites and related properties, or visitors to the New-Menus of sites and related properties.
- Identify persons who may be violating the law, the New-Menus legal notice and New-Menus or User Agreement/Terms of Use, the rights of third parties, or otherwise misusing the New-Menus.

General information about your online privacy

The New-Menus may contain hyperlinks to third party Web sites. The New-Menus also contains advertisements (currently banner ads only) of third parties. New-Menus is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such third party Web sites or advertisers. New-Menus does not share any of the individual personal information you provide New-Menus with the third parties to which New-Menus links, except as stated elsewhere within this Privacy Policy, although New-Menus may share general, aggregate data with such third parties (such as how many people use our various modules). Please check with those Web sites to determine their privacy policy.

If you use New-Menus 's forums, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these discussion threads. In order to avoid your e-mail address or other personal information from being gathered and used by others for inappropriate or harmful purposes, New-Menus advises that you should be cautious about posting a real e-mail address or other personal information to newsgroups, chats, or other public forums.

Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information online - for example through e-mail, discussion lists, or elsewhere - that information can be collected and used by others. In short, if you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return. The New-Menus does not knowingly collect any information from persons under the age of 13. If we learn that a posting is by a person under the age of 13, the New-Menus will remove that post.

By using the New-Menus, you consent to the collection and use of information by New-Menus as specified above. We reserve the right to modify this Policy.
